Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Finding Foxtale, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’re committed to providing high-quality products and a fair return policy that supports both our customers and our brand.
Returns and Exchanges
We’re confident you’ll love your Finding Foxtale purchase—but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!
We accept returns of unworn, unused items in their original condition within 21 days of the order’s delivery date.
For eligible returns, you may receive:

A full refund to your original payment method, or
-
Store credit, issued once your return has been processed.
To protect your items in transit, please send them back in the original packaging with all original tags attached. If you no longer have the packaging, please use similar protective materials.
Once your return is received and accepted, we will issue your refund minus the $5 cost of the prepaid return shipping label.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, you may do so within 21 days of delivery. Exchanges can be made only for the same style and color in a different size.
If you’d like a different item entirely, we’re happy to issue store credit so you can place a new order.
Note: Items returned without tags or showing signs of wear will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, we’re here to make it right. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and replace the item if the return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Qualifying defects include:

Torn fabric

Broken zippers or buttons

Poor stitching

Discoloration
-
Fabric shrinkage or stretching
If you’re unsure whether your issue qualifies as a defect, please reach out to your Stylist or our Customer Care team at customercare@findingfoxtale.com
Processing Time for Returns

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your return once received.

Refunds to your original payment method may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Orders Not Eligible for Return

All final sale items are non-returnable.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading or shrinkage) is not considered a defect.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return.
Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact your Stylist or our Customer Care team (if you are not shopping with a Stylist) at customercare@findingfoxtale.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace the missing or damaged item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if the item is no longer available.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you need to cancel your order or update your shipping address, please contact us at customercare@findingfoxtale.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
We’ll do our best to assist; however, order processing is fast, and we cannot guarantee that every change can be completed in time.
If you reached out within 24 hours and we weren’t able to cancel or update your order, we’ll be happy to work with you to find a resolution.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or updated. We are also unable to swap out styles or sizes after an order has been placed.
Final Sale: Orders containing final sale items cannot be cancelled once submitted.
